Customer service team was A+++ when I needed help finding some siemens parts. In this day and age it's nice to find a company with people who actually care about helping rather than just making a quick buck. I was even further impressed when I received my part with 24 hours of my order free of charge, working with the customer like you guys did just doesn't happen anymore you are indeed a leader amongst your peers when it comes to should-be industry standards.
