- Q. Who is K+S Services?
- Q. Can I buy orders via a Purchase Order (PO)?
- Yes, you can. For all new customers the first two orders will have to be paid for
via credit card. Once we have your account established and a line of credit setup
you will be able to purchase all surplus and repair orders
via a valid purchase order (po). To start getting your account setup for purchase order (po)
purchasing please call 1-800-542-1331. Please have the information such as
your EIN (Federal Tax ID Number) and credit references readily available in advance. Thank you.

Q. Can I get my parts repaired instead of purchasing remanufactured and/or surplus?
- Absolutely, 100%, Yes. K+S is one of the largest industrial repair companies in the world
and onf of the leading industrial repair companies in terms of standards. We repair a wide range
of industrial electronics in cluding but no limited to, plc's, servo drives, etc.

Q. Can I sell K+S my surplus and unused parts?
- Yes. K+S is always interested in buying surplus and/or unused goods from you.

Please understand the K+S MAY or MAY NOT purchase all of your inventory based
on the inventory sheet and conditions of the inventory that you are providing. Thank you.
- Q. Can I advertise my services / business with K+S Services?
- Sorry but at this time K+S is not accepting advertisements on our sites although
we have not ruled it out for any future installments. Advertising on any K+S website
is only for respected, affiliated partners and is fee based. For purchasing information

- Q. What payment methods does K+S accept?
- K+S accepts all major credit cards and paypal. Preferred customers which have already established
a line of credit with us, we also accept purchase orders (po's), certified checks, and money orders.
K+S will not accept personal checks for any surplus or repair order.
- Q. How can I track my orders with K+S?
- For Spares / Surplus Orders you can use this site, just login using your
e-mail address and password that used when you signed up.
- For Repair Orders you can use our corporate customer portal at:
http://customerportal.k-and-s.com. In order to login
you'll need a user account setup. To get your customer account setup please contact our
Customer Service Department at 1-800-542-1331.
- Q. What type of warranty do I get with my order?
- With every spares order you'll receive a 12 month warranty from the date of
part shipment.
- With every repair order you'll receive a 12 month in-service
warranty which means your warranty does not start until
you start using the part!

- Q. I do not see the part I am looking for, what now?!?
- Don't see the part you're looking for?! No problem! Any part that you cannot
find on our website you can still request a free quote for
the item and if we do not have one we'll find one!. We guarantee any part that you're
looking for we can get for you! Take advantage of this great service today by using our

- Q. Once I submit my request for quote, how long will it take before I actually recieve my quote?
- All request for quotes answered no later than 24 hours, 99% of the requests are processed
and answered same day before EOB (end of business).

- Q. What is the return policy for purchased items?
- Q. What is a promotional code? How can I use it?
- Promotional codes are special incentives that we send out with sales flyers. These codes can be used with
your purchase and in turn give you a special discount. Promotional Codes can expire so if you do not use
them within the given period of time they will expire.
- To use your promotional code via our on-line checkout system all you'll need to do is
specify the code in the Promotional Code provided textbox before clicking on the "e;Complete My Order"e; button.
If you would like to use a promotional code via a telephone order all you'll need to do is specify the code
during the conversation with your sales representative.
- Q. How often does K+S update their inventory?
- Daily. K+S equipment is continuously tested, re-evaluated, replenished as part of our
customer satisfaction improvement programs. Not only do we update our inventory with new details but we also
strive to find those hard to get a hold of, important assets. In fact, if you want it and we don't have it
